Everything was great, liked our fantastic stay. Booked spacious and luxurious room that was kept in safe if needed. The bed was good, used a private safe, an air conditioning, and an iron.

We stayed as a family of 5 in a split level apartment on the top floor of Residence Villa D'Elsa. The room had a double bed, two single beds, and a fold-out sofa, as well as a small kitchenette. The location was unbeatable, with great restaurants and the beach just a short distance away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the noise levels on the third floor were not a problem. Parking was conveniently located about a 5-minute walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel, especially for family stays.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel in the heart of Juan-les-Pins. The location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown and just a street away from the beach. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped with all the facilities needed, including a kitchen and two balconies for relaxing. The attention to detail was impressive, and the rooms were kept clean and tidy. The value for money was excellent, with reasonable prices for such a central location. The breakfast options were also a great addition, offering a tasty start to the day.

The room was spacious, had a fully equipped kitchenette and a small balcony. The location was great, just a short stroll from the buzzing restaurants and shops. loved the fact that it was close to the beach and vibrant area.

During our Christmas stay, the room was not properly cleaned and there were stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases. The sofa bed was also uncomfortable and made it difficult for us to sleep.

We loved the central location. It was straight on the main tourist area near the beaches too. The hotel facilities were great, including the cleanliness. Transportation was convenient with bus stops and the train station not far away. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist.

I stayed during the Cannes Film Festival and Residence Villa D'Elsa provided a great alternative to the ridiculous prices in Cannes. Lovely Apartment and Location

We stayed at a lovely apartment in a cute pedestrian-only street with lots of lovely cafes nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was within walking distance of Antibes marina and town. The only downside was that the bed was a sofa bed and not very comfortable. we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend it.
